Twenty-three years ago Amy helped us buy our start up family home; a beautiful model home in Las Colinas Rialto. Twenty-one years later we called on Amy once again to help us find a beautiful home in Alta Loma. She found us a home with an amazing view, awesome pool, single story built, and 1/2 acre lot. She matched our home specs to our exact description, she never rushed us and never lead us astray by showing us homes outside our desires. She showed us as many homes as we wanted to see, constantly telling us "we can always see another" and reminded us to search until we truly liked the house. She never rushed us and always carried on with our best interest at heart. Amy is a die heart advocate for her clients and truly radiates that honesty vibe "I got your back" attitude that's lacking in so many other agents or sales people, for that matter. I gotta say, thank you again Amy! You did it again. As of February 27, 2023 Amy has just helped us sell our baby home in Las Colinas Rialto. So many memories in that home for us - it was a rental last few years, but we've decided to part ways. We've come to a full circle and walked that Rialto home one last time with Amy. I learned about Anne from one of my best friends. I was looking for a new home in Menifee and she was the agent. She is very patient and approachable. This was a difficult time for me since it was my fathers' death that required me to sell his condo. The quick work that was done to put his home on the market was amazing. The virtual staging done was a great idea, it was vacant and not in great shape to show to buyers. Having Lori as an expert with experience, helped me sell it in one week. I have to say, when you choose a Realtor , trust and experience is what you should look for. Lori was the real deal, and I would recommend her as someone you should definitely consult first. I trusted her and she did a fantastic job for me.

I wanted to move and I was referred to Steve Ristaino to assist. I found Steve to be right there, emotionally and physically, for whatever was needed. His advice that was good and that helpful. He knew what was needed and I had a lovely move! You would be lucky to have him on your team if you are moving. He has a lovely attitude of doing whatever is needed to be done, he is one of the people that I adore. I am 83 now, having lived for 43 years happily in the place I purchased when it was new, a condominium in the city of Pomona I loved living in Pomona and now I love living in Claremont. I have appreciated Steve Ristaino as my agent to make that happen. He was, like my wonderful father, the kind of person who does whatever is needed to accomplish the goal.
