My wife and I have used Annie Van Peter for three real estate transactions during the past seven years, and she has done a marvelous job each time. She was always punctual, responsive, informed, and a pleasure to work with. On our most recent transaction (the sale of our personal residence) she kept us up to date on the status of our listing, and went out of her way to ensure that our pool was kept filled and the property was maintained, as we had already moved out of state. We were able to do everything needed to complete the sale electronically, and Annie's attention to detail and frequent communication with us greatly reduced our stress level over the sale. Annie is the very best that you can hire! She is professional, relatable, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't chance the sale of my house to anyone else. She knows the laws, and timelines of when things need to happen. She is in constant communication with you. Annie hired a professional photographer to sell my home. She is a master at her craft.
