Sheri Sandler is the BEST! Sheri understood my needs as a seller, which were many, and found the perfect buyer for my much loved condo AND at top dollar. Sheri was right there with me guiding me through every step of the process and she continues to go above and beyond, even though my escrow closed weeks ago. Our family wants to extend its great thanks to Sheri Sandler and her team for making our first home buying experience a good one. She really pulled through to help our dreams come true. Sheri helped ease the anxiety of purchasing our first home in a number of ways. We were educated about the process and ownership requirements at every step of the way. It seemed like the odds were stacked against us, but Sheri helped me and my wife navigate what felt like it would be an incredible challenge. We never felt pressured, and this was a huge issue we wanted to avoid. We had a quick turnaround time on the purchase thanks to how Sheri coordinated with us and kept us in the loop. We were able to avoid bidding war games and work through the hassle of escrow with surprising ease. I would like to give Sheri Sandler a 5 star across the board rating From the time of our first meeting Sheri came prepared with information regarding similar properties listed in the area including printouts of the actual properties for comparison. She is professional and efficient and helpful to a point beyond her scope as a realtor. She showed up to power wash the patio and outdoor fencing at my property and offered to drive me to pick our reno materials. She promoted my property with beautiful professional photos and descriptions. She provided staging as part of her offer of being my representative. She stays ahead of paperwork and inspections that may be needed. My property sold within hours of the listing going live on MLS for well over the asking price. Escrow closed early and there were no hiccups due to her persistant followup of every detail.
