It was a difficult process and Maureen smoothed over a lot of speed bumps. The house was priced aggressively. My wife thought a little too aggressive. With one offer in a few weeks I think it was priced right There is a lot of emotion attached to moving out of a house you’ve been in for over two decades. Maureen warmed the cold feet and put in the extra effort to close the deal

He was very knowledgeable and answered every question that we had. Going into our first home purchase we were quiet intimated, but Ed explained everything, made sure we understood all the terms, and put us completely at ease. He was very patient with us, very personable and approachable , and on top of everything. Our experience was amazing, and thanks to Ed everything went very smoothly! My fiancé and I were buying our first home. Ed made is so simple and easy. He was so patient with us as we looked at many properties. He is the best, very professional, knowledgeable, and personal. He is very honest and trustworthy like he was selling to his family. Sheri Sandler is the BEST! Sheri understood my needs as a seller, which were many, and found the perfect buyer for my much loved condo AND at top dollar. Sheri was right there with me guiding me through every step of the process and she continues to go above and beyond, even though my escrow closed weeks ago. Sheri is very professional and provided answers and reasonable solutions for every issue that arose, both large and small. She is also easy to talk with. Our family wants to extend its great thanks to Sheri Sandler and her team for making our first home buying experience a good one. She really pulled through to help our dreams come true. Sheri helped ease the anxiety of purchasing our first home in a number of ways. We were educated about the process and ownership requirements at every step of the way. It seemed like the odds were stacked against us, but Sheri helped me and my wife navigate what felt like it would be an incredible challenge. We never felt pressured, and this was a huge issue we wanted to avoid. We had a quick turnaround time on the purchase thanks to how Sheri coordinated with us and kept us in the loop. We were able to avoid bidding war games and work through the hassle of escrow with surprising ease. I would definitely encourage first time home buyers (or any prospective home purchaser or seller) to work with Sheri since she excelled at managing our concerns in a way that made us feel heard. I may be writing this review over 6 months out from original purchase of our home, but I still feel as positively about our experience with Sheri now as I did when we first purchased our beautiful home.
