Not only did she sell my condo in a matter of days - well above asking price with multiple offers - she helped tremendously with staging (she has a trick for getting rid of streaks on stainless steel appliances) and quickly set up an open house (with flowering plants on the balcony that she brought over.) She had gorgeous photos taken, and looked after a million other things that come up when you sell a house. I didn’t have to worry about anything - everything just got done. It was the most the most stress-free home sale I have ever experienced. Sheri is a pleasure to work with. She’s super professional, smart and keeps you in the loop. Patrick goes above and beyond as a realtor. He is very honest. He is never pushy. He always has his client’s best interest at heart and would never insist on anything.
