Cimberly is well versed in all aspects of real estate in California and easily explains all the confusing requirements and recent changes. Sometimes apartment hunting can be tricky; Florina made the experience pleasant, professional and efficient! Initial contact was promptly answered and she even kept an open house open longer so we could view the listing. Florina exudes professionalism. I had quite a project getting my townhome cleaned up, polished, and ready for market.
