Debbie Faremouth was truly instrumental in selling our home in record time. We had previously listed our property with another firm, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing. Once we decided to hire Debbie, everything changed. Her professionalism, market knowledge, and proactive approach made all the difference. She hosted exceptional open houses that generated strong interest, resulting in multiple offers. Throughout the entire process, Debbie kept us fully informed every step of the way, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind.Within record time, our California home was successfully sold, and with a buyer who truly will love the home as we did, allowing us to close and transition into our new home in Texas. We are incredibly grateful to Debbie for her dedication, guidance, and tireless effort in helping make our move—and our dreams—a reality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Thank God! It was another miracle finding this home. After working with Ed on our first place, it was an easy decision to reach out again. He stayed on top of every detail, kept us informed at every step, and genuinely cared about finding the right property that matched our needs. Ed once again went above and beyond, even after closing, he continued to offer support and helpful advice. With God’s grace and Ed’s dedicated help, the journey to finding our home was truly smooth and blessed. It’s rare to find someone as caring and trustworthy as Ed who consistently goes the extra mile, not just to close a deal, but to make sure his clients are truly happy. I’m so grateful to have worked with him again and can’t recommend him enough!

I worked with Ed Mecheal to purchase my 1st home at 285 S James St in Orange, California, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From our very first conversation, Ed was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right property. Ed took the time to understand our needs, budget, and long‑term goals, and used that insight to show us homes that truly matched what we were looking for. He was always available to answer questions, schedule showings quickly, and walk us through every step of the process — from writing offers to navigating inspections and closing. What stood out most was Ed’s professionalism and negotiation skills. He helped us put together a strong offer in a competitive market and guided us through any challenges with calm, clear advice. When the inspection revealed unexpected issues, Ed helped us negotiate repairs and credits that saved us thousands. I highly recommend Ed Mechael to anyone buying or selling a home in Orange and the surrounding areas. He is trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and truly cares about his clients’ success. Thanks to Ed, I’m so grateful for his support throughout the entire journey.

This is the third time that we work with Ed in real estate, very slow “buyers” market. He carefully discussed and managed all expectations and helped us to define an appropriate sale price/asking price. That ended up working in our favor. During the process he provided guidance on the all the steps, requirements and even help us with the staging of our home. We are grateful for his help and pleased with the outcome. As always his professionalism, patience and make us feel confident that we were going to achieve the desirable outcome. The sale of this unit allowed us to transition to our new and final home in Southern California.

Buying a house is a stressful task. Requires patience, emotional intelligence and good understanding your resources, options and expectations. Like a friend Ed had joined us in this adventure. The first time buying our entry level condo and the second time buying our final bedroom in the main/lower floor. That we will own for decades. Ed gave us space and was patient with us until we made our decision. A good decision that actually surpassed my expectation. His advise, steering ou out of trouble was fundamental. Thank you!
