We loved to work with Colleen Morril for selling our townhome and buying our current house in 2008. She was very flexible to show the houses whenever we wanted to see the houses. She worked around our schedules.

Colleen is professional and also personal. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for. After purchase she made herself available for follow up questions.
I have mentioned her to people I work with that were looking for homes.
