Erica has been a bless to work with. The entire process was stress free. during the search process, Erica went out of her way to help us widen our searches before settling in one area. We looked at Chino, Chino Hills, Yorba Linda, Fullerton, Buena Park and so on so it was a lot of weekend trips. She listens to our needs before offering her expert opinions. Early in the search process, when we were busy, she even took our in-laws to check out some properties so we can accelerate the process. during closing, she uses Folio to keep us on track on the timeline. She constantly communicates to us on things we should watch out for. the lender she referred was awesome to work with as well. highly recommend Erica's service!

Michael preformed up and above of what you expect from realtor. Our property purchase was extremely difficult because it involved getting G.I. loan which was even more diffcult because of my age .78 yrs old and not in the computer base. Then Michael negotiated the price down $30,000 and even got us some furniture from the seller "free". He was always calm ,PROFFESIONAL, and truly cares about you as a friend ,and not a "client".we had many ups and downs, and iam sure he will not miss my late night frantic phones calls. Heres a real plus, thru this process you have to hire many individuals to complete the sale every single Vendor he suggested perfomed above expectation. If i were to give him a nick name it would be "COOL HAND LUKE". IN A STAR RATING A 10+. in the U.S.Navy the highest thank you short of a medal is a B.Z. every sailor knows that BRAVO ZULU Means WELL DONE. MICHAEL FROM A OLD SALT I SAY BRAVO ZULU. .

"I loved his energy. He was NEVER pushy and he was SO patient when I wanted to go back into the house over and over again. I NEVER felt rushed or that he was ever annoyed with me for taking the extra time I needed to make up my mind on this big investment. Like many other annoying realtors, he never tried to tell me what a great deal a place was or tried to coerce me into writing a contract when I wasn't sure. He allowed me to take my time and make up my own mind until I found something I was completely in love with. Ive purchased many homes. Thomas Grimes was the best realtor I ever had and I highly recommend him. My only suggestion would be to try and clone him."

To Whom it May Concern As a buyer I received the best and professional service from my agent Alia Rabat, for the following reason: 1. We started the home search with Alia since beginning of June 2014. Two and Half months of continuous running and negotiations. 2. During the course of the search Alia showed high level of patience and professionalism despite the different emphasis of interests, and some time conflicting interests, of my family members. 3. With her we visited and considered homes in Huntington Beach, Signal Hills, Long Beach, Laguna Hills, Laguna Nigel, Lake Forest, and Mission Viejo. 4. We submitted four proposals including my current home in Laguna hills. 5. We noticed Alia was always inclined and encouraging us to buy our current residence. 6. Several times we considered pulling out, of the current deal because of the financing hurdles, if not for Alia's encouragement and persistence. 7. Michael Sayegh is a godsend to my wife and I. We recently purchased our first home. Thanks to Michael and to his colleagues Leigh Mchamon. They made our dream come true owning the dream home we've always talked about. From his understanding of Real Estate, Michael shared that knowledge to us. His persistent of getting things done was on cue. Calls and text,emails even when he is about to go to a conference. He was the one that would call you and making sure you have sign all the required documents because our hectic work schedule . He awaits patiently to any required discussions that we came across from houses that had wowed factor from houses that are so and so. As he would say "lets sleep on it, talk among yourself" we can discuss it in the morning. Michael made sure we had our bases covered from the likes and don't likes location, rooms and a bigger patio for parties that I will soon be having. From the first house he showed I already wanted to settle in, his that realtor who makes a bond to clients and listens.
