Kim did an great job of selling my deceased Mother's home. She looked at the house while it was fully furnished with a lot of clutter and advised what should be kept for display. She then went to the house and re-arranged the remaining furniture plus added her own items such as a fake large flat screen TV, pictures and attractive bed-wear. House went on the market on a Wednesday. By Saturday 4-offers had been received! Escrow closed in less than a month.
