Christine was amazing from start to finish. This was our third home purchase and sale, and she showed my husband and I how a transaction was supposed to be. When purchasing and/or selling a new home it comes with lots of anxiety, questions, excitement, and Christine was there for us 100% of the time. The most I ever waited for a call back was a few minutes. Her communication is 10/10. She is sweet, funny, and a pleasure to be around, yet can be a fierce business woman when she needs to be ensuring you get the best deal. Her team behind her at Reality one is just as professional. Lisa was recommended to me by a friend and I am so happy I went with her. I was wanting to move from West Covina to Temecula so right away (early August) we started looking at homes in Temecula. Lisa would send me listings almost daily and I would pick the ones I wanted to see and we would meet out in Temecula. After looking at about 15 homes I found the one I wanted. My situation was such that I would need to sell my current home before I could buy another home (contingent sale). Although she did not work in the West Covina area, she knew the local market and convinced me to price the home for more than I thought I should ask. Not only was she correct about the market but I received more than a dozen offers above the asking price within four days of listing the house. Meanwhile we negotiated the purchase of the home in Temecula and the sellers agreed to sell on my contingency. Needles to say my house in West Covina was sold within a week of listing and I was in escrow for the purchase of the home in Temecula. She took care of everything and all I had to do was sign documents. Everything went smoothly and at the end of September I moved into my new home in Temecula. I still cant believe I was able to do all this so quickly and easily. I have not regretted the move for a second and settled into the new home comfortably. Lisa never pressured me to sell or buy even though there were moments I wasn't sure. I will definitely use Lisa again although I'm so content now I may never move again.

Dakoda made our Real Estate purchase stress free and enjoyable! Going into it we did not know exactly what we wanted but after speaking with Dakoda and seeing a few properties we got our offer accepted on a very competitive home. I'm a first time home buyer with zero patience and a short fuse. (Sounds fun, eh?) Sara did an excellent job keeping me calm, talking me through the process, and listening to my unrealistic expectations given my budget. I was able to find a place I absolutely love under budget (can you believe it?!) in a relatively short amount of time. She was a calm voice of reason for me when I wanted to yell at people, and helped me close escrow quickly. She has continued to provide support after I've moved in, and even offered to go to an HOA meeting for me! (I wouldn't do that to my worst enemy.) I didn't expect much given my small budget, but Sara treated me wonderfully and made me feel like a top priority. I will recommend her to everyone I know who is buying or selling a home. Sara is absolutely fabulous, and I am eternally grateful.

Lisa was and is the best. She not only sold my home but helped me find another in a different city. There was never any pressure to sell or buy as I was a little indecisive. When I did find a new home to purchase she listed my former home at a much higher price than I thought I could get. Leave it to the professionals to make this decision as I had no clue. After the very first open house I got many offers most above asking and I ended up getting $15,000 above asking and it sold in 5 days! I really appreciated that she knew the market and that I can get top dollar. She also helped negotiate a contingent sale that worked well for all parties. She made sure I was not compromising anything and I trusted her advice on what I should and should not give. All in all I am in my dream home now and it all went so smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend Lisa to anyone, she knows the market.

We listed a house with Kim and she sold it in a short amount of time. You may think thats not too hard to do in a hot housing market, BUT, we live 1200 miles away from that house! It was a rental for many years. Kim had to select the paint, new carpet, a gardener and a handyman to get our home ready to sell. She also had to make arrangements for those services to be completed. AND she added personal touches to make our home look inviting. I never had to ask her what was going on. She sent us daily/weekly emails to keep us posted on every aspect of getting our house ready to put on the market. Kim made the selling of our house stress free! It was the smoothest real estate deal that I have ever been through. I highly recommend Kim and I mean that from the bottom of my heart!
