Before our (wife and I) recent home buying experience with Isela, we had a handful of recommendations with other realtors but I had known Isela from college and had seen that she went from make-up pro to real estate. Kim Hart, set the bar so high for my expectations and scope of what a Real Estate Professional should provide to their clients that I don't know what I would do if she were unavailable to me for any other real estate transaction in my future. Kim's knowledge of the market and how to maximize the value of our home for the particular neighborhood was extremely helpful. She helped us procure the necessary crafts people to upgrade and modernize the house in an effort to help our house shine brighter than all the others that were competing for sale against ours. She is extremely experienced in the field of real estate having grown up with a father who was also real estate professional. It's in her DNA and I feel that gave us a profound edge over the competition. Boy did we luck out when we found her. Some of the areas where her advice was spot on: She suggested specific areas in the house to modernize and how much to spend on each area; Likewise, Kim guided us about areas of improvement that would not help the sale and perhaps even narrow the interest in our house; Timing the sale - suggesting the best time of year to list the house in order to maximize interest. (Her advice was so good that the opening weekend of the listing, we had 250 families come in for the viewing and 7 solid offers); Kimberly's guidance in understanding the ins and outs of the paperwork was invaluable too. I guess that should be a given, but I never felt like I was asking a stupid question and her explanations were thorough and easily understandable. These examples are only a few, but they were unexpected and proved to be very important to us in the end. As to her professionalism and enthusiasm, we felt like we were her only client and she was always easily reachable. If everyone in the world did their jobs with the same energy as Kimberly… well, that would be a very nice place to live.

Ed helped my wife and I purchase our first home here in Southern OC. Ed came very highly recommended to us, so we decided to pursue his service; and we were extremely glad that we did. He was extremely professional with us at all times, and patient! My wife and I did not have a complete idea of what it was that we wanted or could afford (as we had never done this before), and we had to go back and forth with Ed on select homes that we viewed several times. But, again, his patience and professionalism really won us over. Whenever we went to go view properties with him, he would not assert his opinion unless we asked for it, which we very much respected as we understood that he did not want to color our first impressions on what we were considering. There were instances where we were really needing his advice, but, again, he exercised much caution so as not to exhibit his own subjectivity or personal preference.One thing that absolutely shocked us was how available he made himself to us to view properties and how often we would find him working late in the evening for an offer we wanted to make or for document preparation for the home we ended up actually purchasing. There were times when we came into miscommunications with our lender and he was always there to step in almost immediately and help us settle things.We finally settled on a home that he got for us after months and months of patient searching. We have been here for 2 months now and absolutely love it.We highly, highly recommend Ed Mecheal and his industry expertise. I would be surprised if you could even find someone else in Orange County with a combination of patience, sincerity, negotiability, and knowledge comparable to his.Thank you, Ed!
