WOW!!! what else can I say? Ed is AMAZING. I don’t know any other realtors who bend over backwards for their clients, who are extremely prompt with their responses and who go out of their way to do anything for their clients to make them happy. Ed does it ALL. There is no one I trust more to help me in purchasing a home and in renting out my condo! Ed helped us find our dream home and was extremely patient with us. We aren’t easy people to deal with and he did not hesitate to help us whenever we called him. He even went to properties multiple times with us because we were so indecisive. I called Ed one morning and said I needed to see a new listing stat and he cleared up his morning and met me at the home we ended up purchasing. If that’s not committed, I don’t know what is. He quickly helped us put an offer on the property and made sure we had everything we needed completed. He made the purchasing process sooooo easy and recommended all the right people to deal with. Every single thing he recommended worked out for us big time. With Ed’s advice on when to list and how to rent out our property fast, we were able to put our place on the market and in 1.5 days we had a renter. He set up all the meetings with our renter, made it easy for us to understand all the steps we needed to take before renting out our place, and even our tenant was impressed by him. Everyone who came into contact with Ed was impressed by him honestly. His personality, knowledge, and attention to detail made it so enjoyable to work with him.
