I would guess many real estate agents would be frustrated with people who do not know where exactly they want to live. Our search area included multiple cities around Irvine, and both new and resale homes. Ed was very patient with us during our many days of looking around and seeing properties. He worked his schedule around ours and always made sure to accommodate the days that we came in from NorCal to look for houses. He is quite knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what would work for us but never pushed us towards any property. He gave us time and a chance to make up our minds. We felt we were spending a good time with a friend whom we could trust with advice and knew that he would listen. Chris worked diligently to secure a buyer for our investment property. Was very detailed through each step in the sale process. He exhibited excellent knowledge of the market place and is well connect with finance providers and any RE service(s) needed. In our case he went beyond what most agents can do/will do, as the buyers agent fell off and was unable to complete the buy on the buyers behalf. Chris stepped in to help guide the buyers in the purchase with a finance package which was better than what they habe been previously offered by ther original agent.
