Jermaine was very nice and easy to work with. He followed my scheduling and worked with me the entire time. The day after listing, we had a showing and I was able to give my potential buyers a personal tour. We signed papers the day following the showing. He also put me in touch with someone to handle ALL home repairs prior to selling. He also gave me information on the market so I knew I was coming out pretty well before I signed anything and that was very comforting. He's a great agent and will be using him for the purchase of my next home.

I had a slightly complicated home sale due to a VA Loan Assumption. Antonio was able to navigate it with ease and guide me along the way. He made the process easy for me. Found a home the day before leaving the area, and called him directly early in the morning and he made us an appointment that same day for a viewing. Very knowledgeable during the walkthrough of the property. The questions I had as a first time buyer were a lot, and he answered every last one of them even with the follow up to make sure we were more than comfortable. Communication was detailed and efficient through the entire process which made me more comfortable buying the home for my family. Nervous of the first time home buying process will go away picking up the phone after reading through this review. Definitely made the right decision that day.
