The day after listing, we had a showing and I was able to give my potential buyers a personal tour. We signed papers the day following the showing. Found a home the day before leaving the area, and called him directly early in the morning and he made us an appointment that same day for a viewing. Very knowledgeable during the walkthrough of the property. The questions I had as a first time buyer were a lot, and he answered every last one of them even with the follow up to make sure we were more than comfortable.
