Charissa was exceptional the whole way through. I appreciated her being available when I was outside of usual work hours and her genuine, serious and still funny character. She kept everything about this sale within reason and made no huge promises to deliver or something that would be left to be desired. I trusted her judgement, priced the home to sell, and I'm so glad I did! She fought for my best interest and informed me in the decision making process in a way that I understood. There were only a few times where I felt confused and she quickly explained without any issue. I'm so grateful to her for getting me through this rough time of selling a home out of state. She was the eyes and ears of this operation and didn't let me down. I don't know how to give a review that expresses how grateful I am. I thought I would not have any payout from the sale and she made sure I received something from what I thought to be nothing. Repairs? Negotiations? Paperwork? Charissa managed it all. EVEN WHILE ON A VACATION AND THROUGH HAVING COVID JUST SO WE COULD CLOSE ON TIME, like COME ON? WHO DOES THAT? Charissa does, and I couldn't be happier. Kay was a delight to work with. This was our first home buying venture, and she truly took out all the pressure for us. Kay was also very up front about many things, guiding us in things to look for, what kinds of issues to keep an eye on, etc. We never felt misled, and in fact, we felt completely taken care of. After closing, her and husband took our family out for dinner (a wonderful surprise), and even had some cute plaques sent to the house as a house warming gift. We were very nervous buying a house without seeing it in person. We moved from halfway across the country and couldn’t make it to look in person and Tammy made the process seamless and easy for us! We were able to find a house quickly and easily because of her and we are very happy in our home and neighborhood. She has made sure even after signing the papers that we know she’s there for us if we need anything and she is a delight to work with. We will definitely be choosing her again as our agent when we inevitably have to move again because we are a military family
