As a first time homebuyer looking at listings and trying to get a handle on the buying process (mortgage lenders, concessions, closing costs, etc), I felt like I was reading a completely different language and drowning in new terms and options everyday. He answered every question we had with a very approachable professionalism that made us feel incredibly comfortable and grounded as we moved through the process. Jermaine was impressively reachable (text, email, phone call- day or night), and always thinking a step ahead to keep the momentum going. He’s honest, practical and realistic: three qualities we felt were important to help us stay within our budget but find a home that hit our checklist. When it came time to put in an offer on a house, Jermaine lead us to a competitive decision that was completely within reason and ultimately paid off! Buying a home for the first time can be a whirlwind- especially when done from halfway across the country- but Jermaine’s own personal knowledge of military PCS season meant we could trust that by the time we moved everything would be squared away so all we had to do was show up at closing. We had a wonderful experience working with Jermaine and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Antonio was quick and efficient even from the first meeting. He had everything prepared and seemed to know the market well. He seemed to have a great track of the market and expected pricing as evidenced by us getting more than expected on our house with little to no wait. We had multiple offers within a few showings. His open house went splendidly. Above the usual realtor duties he was always accessible day and night answering my questions and checking in despite my hectic day/night work schedule. He was available to meet people for inspection/repair if I was not, and was great with our 2 dogs who also loved him. His multiple local connections saved us big time on some repairs that could've gotten costly. I'm mostly sad that our house has now sold only because it means we don't get to hang out as much anymore.
