I unknowingly sent an email to Charissa, thinking her experience and personality seemed to mesh well with my expectations, not knowing she was the OWNER!! She contacted me within a day and setup an appointment to view my property. I loved how down to earth, knowledgeable and charismatic she was. Her estimated assessment of our property was basically spot on for what it sold for.
