That is attention to detail, being available at pretty much anytime, and helping with any and all needs that arise. Joe went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I when we purchased our first home just a couple of weeks ago in early June. He kept in touch with us throughout the entire process and assured us that no obstacle was too much, even while moving across the country and switching jobs. He has a calm demeanor that you can't teach and is a double threat in that he possesses knowledge of the real estate market and also has a background in construction. We started our experience with Claire by putting our previous house up for sale. Within three days, the house was sold to a lovely family. Jan was amazing! Brett and I worked with a few other realtors before we found Jan and honestly it was amazing. This was our first house, and we really did not know much about the process but Jan was amazing and helped us step by step making sure we felt comfortable and understood everything that was going on. She was open for questions at any time (we negotiated our offer at 11pm) and she was always 100% responsive. She made buying our first home fun and simple. I would recommend her again and again!
