Kim thoroughly researches all pieces of the sale to ensure accuracy and that you are getting all of the funds you are entitled to. At settlement, she will make sure you (her client) is well represented. She reviews the sellers disclosure to ensure accuracy. In our case, she found an error by the settlement company that would have cost us several hundred dollars. Instead the error was fixed at settlement so that money came back to us as it should have. Kim gave us peace of mind that everything was going to be taken care of in a timely manner and that it would be 100% right.
