My Taylor and I were first-time homebuyers. We had no idea what to do, where to start, or if we were even prepared to take the leap into home ownership! Claire was recommended to us by a closer friend of mine, and we took a leap to talk to her and see what our options were for buying a house. Claire wasn't just respectful and knowledgable; she was kind, thoughtful, and patient with us. We knew leaving her office the first day that we weren't just a "deal" to her, but real people with real fears and hopes. I really want to highlight Claire's patience... we hunted houses for almost a year, taking Claire through houses that we knew were a bad fit just to see if we could make it work. After each house, while Taylor and I were beginning to feel hopeless, Claire would always hug us and say "it's all gonna happen when it's meant to happen, just hang in there". Those words carried us through the last year as we went back and forth on whether this was the right decision for us. We would not have been able to do this without Claire's guidance. When it actually came time for the stressful part, Claire's preparation and organization between us, the title company, and the lender, literally made it zero-stress. Again, Claire demonstrates how she is LITERALLY the best at what she does. As open members of the queer community, very rarely do we feel like we're truly heard when doing business. Claire not only made us feel accepted, but also went out of her way to ensure that she got our pronouns correct. We cannot express in words how much that mean to us. To sum it all up, if you're looking for a great realty team, look no further. But, if you're the type of person who wants to do business with people who will truly care about you, your needs, your story... if you want to work with someone who will show you the respect and kindness you deserve, then truly there is no one better than Claire.
