Alonna has to be hands down the BEST Realtor ever! Her attention to detail, patience, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is A-1!! Top tier for sure! I contacted her on a Saturday evening, she sent me listings Sunday morning, we started touring houses and put in an offer on that Thursday! She was there through every single step. L’Oréal is an amazing real estate agent and went above and beyond during the entire process. She was on time, well versed in all things home related and did the work to ensure a smooth transition. L’Oréal maintained a level of professionalism during the process even when things weren’t going as we would have liked. She has a plethora of knowledge and expertise with ensuring first time home buyers understand the entire process. Not only was she available outside of normal work hours to answer questions but she worked with my schedule to ensure I could see homes. With her network, she made sure everyone involved in the process understood the importance of me owing my home.
