My experience with Shade was awesome, she is well-detail and gives clarification, and she makes sure I get the most suitable house, the deal I got on the house is the sweetest part of it, I got a new roof with a 25-year warranty, brand new electrical panel with a year warranty, new HVAC, new water heater, appliances look new bearly used, and seller gave money towards the downpayment, and the whole house was freshly painted. Shade did her job wholeheartedly and diligently.
