April is the absolute best of the best. Not only is she there every step of the way of the process but she remains there through and through. She provided me emotional support being a first time homebuyer when I felt discouraged or pessimistic about things playing out. She ensured me that everything would be ok and that was so important to me. Once I reach closing April made a welcome basket for my entire family. The children loved it. The Ms’s loved it and loves her. To be that personable once her goals were already reached speaks to her character as a person. If you want a realtor who is just looking to find you a house…get you to closing just to make sure they receive a check …April is not the realtor for you. But if your looking for someone who you can just meet and feel like you’ve known for years, with great confidence,energy and enthusiasm because they know their work and what they can do….who treats her clients like extended family and doesn’t shy away from building relationships even after closing….who you can call whenever you have a question….April is the realtor for you. I wouldn’t choose another realtor in the world. Every homebuyer I talked to said the words “my realtor didn’t do all that”. That lets me know all I need to know. 5 start service and when your with April it’s like your with Allstate “your in good hands”. Choose April Smith!! You won’t regret it.
