Words cannot express how happy I am with my decision to use Erica Olsen Group to sell my home and find a new home. Erica and her team went above and beyond to ensure I was a top priority from day one. Not only did we sell my home during the first open house I received 10 offers pushing my sell price 30K above all other condos that sold in my area. There is no doubt in my mind that the success we had was due to the marketing and staging of my home that drew in over 150 people in two days. I can’t thank Erica and her team enough for the knowledge, support and dedication they provided to me to make this as swift as a process as possible. They will forever be my first choice when I am buying and selling a home and would recommend them to anyone!

Julie found me a home in Long Beach, CA after a brief "look-around" of 3 days. I had to come from out of town. She understood that and additionally researched available homes each morning. Subsequently, each time I would call her for something, her responses were immediate, and the details were worthwhile. Julie is an honest and trustworthy person. She is patient and has understood my needs for finding a home that is suitable. She never tired or gave up on me. I would recommend Julie , as a realtor, to the highest degree.

Selling your home can be a long enduring process. Julie spent time explaining how to get your home ready to be shown to potential buyers and the entire process it involved. She managed to get the best price she could for my home and I was pleased.

Julie Hughes was a wonderful real estate agent and my wife and I recommend her highly! She is confident, smart, funny and did everything perfect. She helped us sell our house in less than a month and had frequent open houses, a great online ad campaign with Facebook and a awesome video and photography. She helped make our move to Texas happen. She knows the market and helped us price the house right. Her flyers with the sign out front were awesome. She was always available by phone, email and text. She is a great negotiator and saved us 5,000 dollars! If you are in Orange County or LA County, I would recommend her as both a buyers agent or helping to sell your house. We felt blessed to have such a calm and confident agent during the stress of selling and moving. I would recommend her to my family, friends and anyone wanting a great agent.

If you are looking for a realtor tha will fight for, believes in you and your dream, gives it to you straight and has your back through the challenges of buying or selling, Erica is the one you should call! Erica is a fabulous agent! She was patient and knowledgeable, not only in real estate process but also in the challenges that can arise during all phases of the process. Erica handled the sale of my house, keeping me informed and sane throughout a long and challenging sale. I can honestly say without Erica by my side during this journey, I wouldn't have been able to see it through.

Outstanding is the word I would use to describe Julie Hughes. She is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, easy to get a hold of and went out of her way to make a difficult situation easy for us. As long as she is in the real estate business, my husband and I will never use anyone else.
