Julie Hughes was a wonderful real estate agent and my wife and I recommend her highly! She is confident, smart, funny and did everything perfect. She helped us sell our house in less than a month and had frequent open houses, a great online ad campaign with Facebook and a awesome video and photography. She helped make our move to Texas happen. She knows the market and helped us price the house right. Her flyers with the sign out front were awesome. She was always available by phone, email and text. She is a great negotiator and saved us 5,000 dollars! If you are in Orange County or LA County, I would recommend her as both a buyers agent or helping to sell your house. We felt blessed to have such a calm and confident agent during the stress of selling and moving. I would recommend her to my family, friends and anyone wanting a great agent.
