Working with Carmen Sosa was a wonderful experience. As first time home buyers and expecting our second child, this was all a new to us. We learned so much along the way. Carmen was very knowledgeable, punctual, patient and was in constant communication with us. She was only a text or phone call away when ever we had any questions or concerns. She simplified and clarified the real estate process and provided constant support. Once we explained what type of home and areas we were interested in she immediately provided a weekly lists of prospective homes for us to see. Whether it was raining or sunny out, she was there for us. She was amazing at helping us negotiate and looked out for our best interest. At first we feared that the purchase of our home would require our entire savings, but Carmen made it possible for us to have some of our savings left over by negotiating on our behalf.
