When we first meet Érica it was like she was our friend from a long time ago.We did one purchase intent with another company before but they make fill like they were insulting our inteligencia. She make us fill appreciated, she produced all kind of information about first time buyers, all the necessary steps to go truth with the purchase of our first home. Most important she helped us finding a good honest lender. We saw a lot of places and never show impatience or pressure toward us to make our minds and as matter of fact SHE was the one who found the right place , we received her call saying all excited “I found the place! come and see it , is not in the market yet” so we rush and yes, that was what we were lookin for.
