My wife and I used Ronda Haase for a purchase on Bainbridge Island. In this day and age no real estate transaction is without its challenges and Ronda was able to help navigate our search and meet all those challenges. Ronda took the time to walk us through different aspects of the the transaction, always made sure we understood every offer we were making, and made sure our contingencies were protected and always in place. Never were we told to "come up in price" or do anything we weren't comfortable with to get a deal done. Complete professionalism throughout the entire process. <br/><br/>As far as property information, Ronda supplied us with CoreLogic reports and tax information on every home we considered. The challenging environment (people asking way more than homes were selling for) left Ronda having to build a case with comps for our offers which in some cases were dramatically lower. Ronda stood by the market statistics and represented and negotiated for every bid we came forward with. <br/><br/>Another major thought that many buyers don't take in to consideration is how a Boutique firm like Turn Key Realty can assist in the buying process. In the Seattle/Tacoma market, dominate firms with all the listings (Windemere, Coldwell Bain, John L. Scott) have duality clauses, those clauses mean that your Buyer's Agent if employed by the same firm as the property you like, must actually act on behalf of that listing, thus your Buyer representation essentially goes out the window.<br/><br/>I would recommend Ronda over and over again! She is a true professional and constantly hustles to deliver a great service.

When buying out first home Rhonda took such great care of my husband and I. From explaining every detail of the home buying process in terms we could understand to responding to our million late night texts and emails when we had questions, Rhonda responded quickly! Rhonda never showed us homes that were out of our budget and gave us realistic comparables for homes In the area. Her fast response and quick contacts made buying our home (the 30th home we viewed) a closed deal in 30 days! The amount of hand holding and endless showings that spanned over the course of a year that Rhonda did with a smile on her face is what will keep us referring her to friends and family. We will definitely be calling Rhonda again when it is time to buy again!

I been through the process of purchasing and selling my home a number of times. Ronda Haase was by far the most professional and informed real estate agent. We recently purchased a short sale home.
