We lived in our home for 18 years and when we finally decided to downsize, Kyle made it easier than we expected. He was caring (about my anxiety) as well as comforting and very professional. The sale went faster than we thought it would and he kept us up to speed the whole time and even found us a place to rent, until we fugure out our next step! 1st of all, we had no intentions on buying a new house let alone selling a house simultaneously. But when our dream home came on the market, we moved fast and Kyle was there every step of the way. Our offer was contingent on the sale of our home, Kyle helped us focus on the areas of our home that needed the most attention for a quick sale. He had a very knowledgeable approach to get people interested in veiwing our house and gaining multiple offers. Everything moved at a fast pace and was stressful to say the least! In August we used Kyle for the first time to list our home and the experience was superb. He was very knowledgeable and was great at reassuring us and talking us through the different stages of our sell. We’ve had less then stellar experiences before and probably texted and called more then we needed to but he always responded promptly and had great communication with us throughout the whole process. A month later we had Kyle help us with the purchase of our new property and with strong competition he was able to acquire us the property of our dreams. We where so impressed with his professionalism we forwarded his information along to my husbands grandmother who also used him to sell her home. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Pease. We were operating off of tight timelines to list and sell our house with fall approaching during Covid. Kyle was able to get affordable contractors out to do repairs, touch ups, paint and trim. Most importantly Kyle challenged us on the price of the home, confident he could get us $15k more than I was initially going to list. We went with his advice and on the first weekend he had a full price strong offer we accepted.
