We came across Stormy in a local newspaper article showcasing her ability to help Veterans purchase a home. We held on to that article until we were ready to purchase and we are so glad we did! She is amazing and did us right. We were so impressed with her knowledge, attention to detail, and she and her wonderful husband Ryan helped guide us through the entire process. I have no doubt that the reason my house sold was the fact that Stormy Randolph lives in my former neighborhood. Desert Oasis is a wonderful community; you cannot get a better endorsement for your neighborhood than when your realtor lives there. I know the community would require a specific buyer and she would be able to help us find them. Unfortunately, my home was a short sale, but Stormy made the process so much better and did everything she could to make sure this happened. There were MANY phone calls to the loan company and follow through and she handled it all so well! Cannot thank her enough!

Stormy, Thank you for all your hard work! You far exceeded our expectations on this sale. You time and time again went above and beyond to make it happen and do right by us. I am amazed by all the knowledge you have on all the entire business. with every roadblock we came across you were there to guide us through it and help us find the best possible answers for us. there were times I thought it was all going south, but you found a way. I cant say thank you enough for being there in the hard times of this sale and the sound of reason when I wanted to just throw my hands up and quit. you are a shining star and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Phoenix and surrounding areas! Stormy was such an amazing person. Not 9noy did she completely walk us through the process she was helpful and knowledgeable with what we asked. I am not the one who bought the home it's my parents but she had me involved through the entire process. When I am ready to buy she will be my only choice. I love our new home

Listened carefully what we wanted and price range we needed to stay in. Checked into previous projects to see if the owner got permits before we closed on the prospective home so we would not be responsible for and made sure money was held in escrow. Saved us money that would of came out of our pocket to complete the permits with the city of Surprise along with the extra expence's to correct projects that were not done to code. Ellen has followed up with any of our questions and concerns to make our new home a joy to have!

Stormy is an AMAZING! She assisted my husband and I in purchasing our first home. We were originally looking for a short sale. Stormy explained the process in a way that we knew exactly what we were getting into and what to expect. Stormy always went out of her way to answer questions, via e-mail, text, or phone, but my favorite thing about Stormy, is that if she didn't know the answer, she didn't hesitate to say, "I don't know, but I can find out!" It was an incredibly long process, as buying your first home can be for anyone, but we couldn't have done it with out Stormy's fantastic attitude and wealth of knowledge. As long as she is in business, she’ll be our go to gal!
