Shelly made the experience great we always felt like we were in good hands. She created a strategic plan for us that worked! We both work full time and have 3 children so trust me you want someone who listens to find what you will like and a smart plan to view and always on top of paper work.(edocs). These days it is rare to find that gem who cares about her clients. I know Shelly did everything she could for us! She was always nice and genuine ☺️. Our kids love her! We got our home- something that worked for us we our fixing it up exactly how we want it- We stayed in budget and will have our dream home after A little bit of love 💕 Paint,tile, and new carpet which we picked we love that we are as to do this. Paulette follows the details amazingly well as the deal progresses towards closing. She keeps the seller well-informed and displays competence in her knowledge of real estate transactions. When anything goes sideways, she is right on top of it with solutions. She was punctual when we had meetings with her and dressed professionally every time we saw her. She helped us locate a reliable handyman to resolve any maintenance issues with the house before closing. I was recently widowed and wanted to sell my house in Arizona. I was in Washington during the sale process and she took care of everything in Arizona for me. She walked me through the process step by step and explained everything thoroughly for me. It is more difficult to do the process long distance using e-mail but she made it very easy. Even though she was a new realtor, she was very knowledgeable. I have been involved in other sales and Paulette didn't miss a step. While the market for sellers is great right now, it still takes a skilled agent to navigate the craziness. Jami is excellent. She took complete charge and handled so much for us as we took our RV back to Missouri during listing/sale. Her professionalism is top notch and her knowledge of the industry can't be beat. I highly recommend her to any buyer/seller and hope I have the opportunity to work with her again at some future date.
