Having a career that has spanned over 25+ years in multiple states I am well versed in property valuation and knowing what it takes to successfully close a sale making it a win-win for all parties involved. My passion is working with sellers to net them the most money for their property. This is also highly beneficial when working with buyers in a HOT real estate climate. Most realtors can handle a standard sale, but Kelly Chaplin-Dahl and Melissa McCullough excels when things get complicated. During the inspection phase, several issues arose that could have derailed the deal. Kelly stepped in and negotiated significant credits and repairs that we didn't think were possible. Their tactical approach and firm stance saved us thousands of dollars. They are a true advocate for their clients. It’s rare to find someone who balances grit and grace so well. We felt completely protected throughout the entire transaction. Highly recommend for anyone who wants true professionals in their corner!
