Patti and Linda are the best. The have assisted us 4 times in buying and selling. They are very knowledgeable of the area and responsive to all of our questions, needs and concerns. Patty was wonderful to deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. She noted some minor repairs that needed to be made, and then arranged for them to be done. She took care of EVERYTHING that I couldn't do as an out-of-town owner, thereby taking the stress out of the process. She brought items to a donation center, shipped my laptop to me, arranged for my kitchen set to be removed, etc. She answered all of my questions and made changes when I requested them. She educated me on appropriate "comps" and guided me in settling on a listing price. And everything she did resulted in an offer by the 1st buyers that looked at it ... a cash offer that closed in 10 days. I would HIGHLY recommend Patty and The Power of Two to anyone looking for competent and professional realtors in the Sun Cities area.
