Woodcliff Lakes (NE) - Energentic, Enthusiastic, Knows the Market well
Nathan knows the Woodcliff market well. After having done our own research, we had an idea of what we wanted to price the home at. After discussing with him, we modified the price slightly higher. He also presented a gameplan for what needed to be done and when, to get the home ready for sale. In addition, some other homes were going up for sale just prior to ours, so we agreed he would monitor how they progressed and we would discuss if a price adjustment was warranted up or down, depending on what happened with those, as well as a what we would do if the home didn't sell in a reasonable timeframe.
Nathan communicated with us often as we were getting ready for the sale and kept us appraised of where we were in the process. In addition, he gave us some good ideas on small changes we could make to the home to improve the overall appeal, as well as coaching us on some we didn't need to make. He was always available for our calls or texts, even when he was traveling.
With his staging and photography team, they created a fabulous video of the property that really gave the viewer a wonderful feel of the overall home and environment.
The best news was he was able to achieve a very quick sell of our home on the day of the 1st open house. While we did run into a few issues during the closing process, due to our unique situation, in the end we were able to get the deal done with his assistance.
