When we first decided to sell our home we reached out to an agent to get an idea of what kind of offer we can get for our house, and after receiving bad news we decided to get a second opinion. We heard about Austin thru a family friend and we decided to give him a call. Turns out that was the best decision we made through out this process. Austin did his research to list our house at a competitive value which was higher than the first agent we talked too. Austin always communicated with us and answered all our questions in a timely manner. What I liked the most about working with Austin is that after our first meeting he came up with a plan, he walked us through it and then executed it just like he told us. When the house went on the market he stayed in constant contact updating us on all the viewings. After two days on the market he reviewed the offers with us and we ended up selling the house for over asking price. We are really happy with our decision of choosing Austin as our agent.

Aaron is a great communicator and listens to learn his clients needs. We felt a connection and were very comfortable with Aaron from our very first meeting. He uses technology to help ensure his clients find the property they want. He accommodates the client and works around their schedule. He definitely believes in striking while the iron is hot, and helped us get our offer submitted, even though it was about 9 pm. His decisive actions and knowledge of how to write an offer that sets it above other offers without the need to offer more money is what lead to the favorable decision on our offer so we got the property that we really wanted.

We've worked with Aaron a few times now, and every experience has been seamless and effortless. On top of his professional expertise, he is an incredibly outgoing and genuine person who takes care to treat us not only as clients but also as friends. He's recently assisted us with managing a rental and then the sale of a property, and everything was handled in a professional manner with no faults. He is also very experienced working with those using the VA and assisting in navigating some of the additional requirements to make sure everything is processed and executed in a timely manner.
