Highly recommend, performed above and beyond
When it comes to selling in the colony, there is no one more qualified and more excellent, our experience was seamless. We had an offer three hours into the listing. She was with us through the whole process. It made this complicated experience into something that worked out perfectly, she took care of every detail , from dealing with all the escrow paperwork to ultimately helping us in the moving process!***** She is five stars plus

We got more than we asked for, in more ways than one!
Kalya and her colleagues really did a great job in getting more value out of our home than we anticipated. We are combining households and need to sell our 3 bed/3 Bath home. She was able to get more for our home than we expected. Then, she helped us find a home in the same neighborhood that would solve our needs. In the process she was able to work with us regularly to get into listed homes all the while working to get ours under contract.

Super Seller
Kayla knew the marketplace and helped us price our home accordingly. She staged our home to make it look model ready. When it came time to work with the buyers she got us above asking and helped walk us through the process from start to finish. Kayla was available to answer all our questions at any time. We definitely made the right choice in having Kayla for our realtor and having her sell our home.

Wanda has solid experience and is informed as to what exactly needs to be done from beginning to end
Wanda is totally on top of how to sell your property. She communicates and gives tips on what would make it sell. Even before you are ready to put it on the market, she hits the road running. She is involved with the sale all the way: helps with staging, footies for inside cleanliness, makes observations for what an inspector looks for and informs on safety issues. Wanda treats each client as if they were her only point of interest. She takes the worry out of the entire process, her professionalism shows that she has it all together. Before my property was even listed, she contacted other agents and put the intrigue of my property out there in the forefront. I experienced her follow through and thoroughness when she had three appointments already lined up for a walk through the day the property hit the market. Two made offers and it went to escrow the next day with escrow closing 17 days later. My Praise to God for choosing Wanda. Top Notch!
April was a God send. She walked with me step by step through my whole process of a purchase. I would recommend her and her team for whatever your needs are regarding purchasing a home. Although her specialty is not land purchases, she did that for me. I greatly appreciate her professionalism, access to information and thorough explanation of the items needed and how to walk it out. I am so thankful to have had her help and completing my purchase successfully.

I enjoyed a friendly and effective relationship with Wanda during the sale of my Mom’s home in the Colony. From choosing the right sale price, preparing for showings, and with a few curveballs in escrow, Wanda showed her cool competence and ability to get us across the finish line.
