We have listed and purchased at least 10 homes during our lifetime . Some of the agents have been friendly, some have been professional and some have been knowledgeable, but none have been all of those character traits in one individual except for Max Letendre. He was always available to answer any of our questions and go beyond what a normal agent would do to assist us with our move. We have had Max as our agent both as buyers and sellers. In both instances, he has been extremely attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and always available to work through issues as they arise -- not after the fact. Most recently he was our agent in the sale of our house in a 55+ community, a market with its own very unique characteristics and requirements. I credit him with not just advertising the house, but actually searching for and finding prospective buyers. The result was that, in what was a difficult market for sellers, and after an initial prospective buyer dropped out, the house was quickly in escrow again thanks to Max's effort, and sold just over six weeks after listing, at the asking price.
