Mary was very astute in listening to what kind of property we were looking for in Hudson, and narrowed down the properties that matched quite effectively so that looking for a house/finding the right one was very efficient. Mary continued to support us through the negotiations, offer phase as well as when there were questions/issues that surfaced in terms of the items left in the house. She was quite punctual, even meeting us for a walkthrough at 5pm to accommodate us just driving into town that day.
