Rick Carter- the Jerry McGuire of real estate. Need I say more? He’s your best friend, dad, general contractor, and biggest advocate while looking for and buying your house. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and we truly consider him a friend after the whole process has ended. The house we bought was a house he suggested we go see, not one of the thousands we looked at online. He gets to know each client personally, he is very knowledgeable, and he ALWAYS keeps it real with you. There was never a run-around or a question left unanswered. As first time homebuyers with no family nearby, especially in this current housing market, we were very nervous about the whole process. Rick made us feel comfortable every step of the way and made sure we knew what was to be expected. The man called us and worked on closing documents on his vacation! I don’t know if he sleeps or ever gets to relax, but we sure are thankful to have met him and had him in our corner.
