We were referred to Tahisa from a friend who had recently closed on her home. We weren’t ready to look for a house when we initially reached out to Tahisa; however, she provided insight on what the market was currently doing and what we would need to do to get prepared. Approximately 6 months after our initial contact we reached out to Tahisa and she was ready to go. She had scheduled a few home sites to do a tour to get an idea of what we were looking for. I had a procedure scheduled during this time and she was very nurturing and empathetic during my down time as she worked with my wife and made sure I was up to speed with what was going on. They would FaceTime me when they were out at a new property. When I was well enough to be mobile she setup a tour of an upcoming neighborhood. She asked us if we trusted her and we said “Yes” She rode us out to Mooresville where a new neighborhood was being developed. We went to see the model homes and then to the area where our HOME would be built. Now, I am a city girl and so is my wife, but that didn’t matter. The property and home was for us. Tahisa took all of our concerns and requests of what we wanted and needed and found our HOME. We didn’t have to jump through hoops or be involved in bidding wars to obtain our home. The entire process was smooth and easy! She would send us photos of the home in its development as she would go out to the home and do checkups. She gave us guidance on lenders and home inspections, etc. but never once pressured us into anything. She would present the information and allowed us to make the final decision. We are almost a month in our new HOME and we are so thankful for Tahisa guiding us on our journey. She will be apart of our family forever.
