Mrs Rhonda worked tirelessly with for over a year trying to find our forever home. But during that process we sold our home with her helping us at every turn during that whole time. Our home was sold for what we put it on the market for and was able to turn around the next day and be in our new home. Loved Kelly. My wife and I moved from California to North Carolina and we did it all virtually. Kelly helped us pick our lot by going to the site and using FaceTime. She sat in on our construction and design meetings, and did our drywall and pre, pre-close inspections. Kelly always made herself available and often sent us updated construction pics. While she let us make our choices, she was comfortable enough to offer her ideas when asked. I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly for your real estate needs.

We contacted Kelly in November, telling her our intention to move to the Charlotte area and our considerations for a new home. She kept in very loose contact until we made arrangements to visit Charlotte to see what was available. When we arrived, she had made contacts for visits to the types of places we would consider. We saw the house we purchased as the last location on our first day with her. We continued to see a few other properties, but decided to make an offer on that home. Kelly handled the negotiations and all the paperwork successfully. She had good suggestions for a lawyer and knew the area as we asked questions about Charlotte.
