We loved working with Kelly! From our first meeting, she was friendly, down to earth, easy to work with and completely professional. She listened to our requirements and updated our listings daily. She also gave us good suggestions on what neighborhoods we might be interested in. She was always ready to meet us whenever there was a listing we wanted to see. We found our new home sooner than we expected and Kelly helped us throughout the entire buying process. I can't imagine doing it without her expertise. Even after our house closed, she gave us great referrals on contractors and movers. We definitely recommend Kelly Watson and would go to her again for our real estate needs.

Caring, professional and hard working describe Kelly Watson. She always had the best advice for selling our property and because of that we sold our property quickly and at a great price. She is dependable and very trustworthy.

Lori was great from the start. We told her exactly what we wanted, and she helped us to close on the perfect property. Working with her you can relax and be reassured that you’ll be using the best contractors, attorneys and surveyors in the area. Through negotiations, she was able to work with the selling agent and clients to get the price that worked for us. Dealing with sellers in other states, she effortlessly navigated the “red tape” and made sure all documents were signed and deeds completed on time for closing. Being that I was 3 hours away from the property, she handled everything and I wasn’t required to make the trip to sign closing. You can’t go wrong with Lori.
