She is extremely knowledgeable about the area (Ashe county), fast to reply and get things done, and had a lot of connections and information to help get you through the process (perc tests etc..). When we found lots we loved, she coached us through the offer, and everything ran smoothly. She responded quickly to all of our email and text questions.
