Chris is actually the realtor who helped us find this home in the first place. He did such a great job that time that when it came time to sell it we went right back to Chris!! All I can say is that Chris is an excellent realtor!! We had already decided to sell when the current renter gave us notice, but when he did the timing could not have been worse!
