I want to tell you about my Realtor, Austin Manahan. Austin recently listed and sold my home in Phoenix and I couldn't be happier with the results. We waited 8 weeks to get the right buyer and ended up getting higher than our original list price. This took some patience because we had to pass on the initial offers that were too low. Great Experience. Matt and his team are very experienced. We interviewed several real estate agents and Matt was the most impressive in both knowledge about our house and the potential market for it. In the interview Matt told us we might get some interest in buying our house from a unique source and as it turns out we had already had an offer from that source. Matt helped us negotiate a good price and guided us through the whole process. He was always in communication and always available to answer questions. In helping us find and buy a new house Matt and his team were very patient. We looked at a lot of houses. They were helpful in assessing the conditions of the houses and the market values. Again Matt negotiated a good price for us for the house we eventually purchased.

I gave Darin the challenge of the life time with my home in North Scottsdale. He had to deal with a tenant who made his life difficult, only getting to show the property only 2 times per week for an hour only. Additionally my tenant had stuff everywhere and put road blocks to selling like a putting a shovel in front of door telling clients door was broken when it wasn't.
