I gave Darin the challenge of the life time with my home in North Scottsdale. He had to deal with a tenant who made his life difficult, only getting to show the property only 2 times per week for an hour only. Additionally my tenant had stuff everywhere and put road blocks to selling like a putting a shovel in front of door telling clients door was broken when it wasn't. We decided to buy a house to relocate closer to work and called Brandon because he has a lot of experience in real estate. He was 100% attentive and supportive from start to finish. I learned a lot from him. Brandon is an expert at what he does and I was impressed with his professionalism and organizational skills. I am not savvy to real estate and he took his time to explain things. When we went out to see houses he would give us a lot of insight on the different pros and cons of each house. He would even have calls with us after hours, something we appreciate as working parents. We were so fortunate to have him as our real estate agent because he made the process smooth for us.
