Matt just helped me buy a home in Goodyear & he was an excellent agent! Not only was he professional, but he was very patient and made it clear that he wanted me to be happy with my decision, no matter how long it took me to find the right place. I never felt like he was trying to push me into making a decision that would benefit him; I felt like he was looking out for my best interest. He was also very knowledgeable in areas beyond what I would expect for an agent, especially when it comes to remodeling. He was able to accommodate my schedule, which as a physician who works long hours with little ability to get time off, was extremely helpful. Brandon helped make my first home selling experience as easy as possible. He helped me find service professionals for inside and outside painting/repair. Before, during, and after I moved out of the state and officially listed my house, Brandon consistently communicated with me in a timely manner and thoroughly explained his strategy, as well as what was happening during every step of the process. He thoroughly answered all my questions in a timely manner. We received offers immediately after the open house weekend and, after a counteroffer that Brandon wrote, accepted one at the price for which the house listed. He was always so calm, listening to our every request for information. We were so impressed with Brandon’s professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place. We had a such great experience! Brandon is more than trustworthy realtor agent to us, as well as a friend . We hang out quite a few times after we purchased the house. We had some fun times together watching sports and we invited Brandon ‘s family to our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Brandon is very knowledgeable, has open communication, and is always available for his clients. Everything about him and his work ethics exceeded our expectations. Brandon was very honest and straight forward from the beginning. He never gave us any false hope or mislead us in anyway. I think this part is very important when looking for a realtor because many realtors can tell you what you want to hear or make you believe something and not follow through. Another thing about Brandon that we so appreciated was the fact that he is a HARD WORKER. You will NOT find a harder working realtor in Arizona. This is a fact. For someone who has as many clients and projects, he never once let us feel like we weren’t number one. He answered every call, or would text and returns calls promptly, and every email was answered within 24 hours, more like 6 hours! I don’t think the man sleeps. Brandon held open houses every single weekend and sometimes even during the week. He created traffic to our place, which is how our place sold so quickly. If and when we are ready to buy or sell another home, we will have Brandon on speed dial. We wouldn’t think to look for anyone else. Something I’ve been telling all of our friends and family, when looking for a realtor, please do NOT go with someone you “know”, please do your research and find a realtor who will work hard for you, afterall, a home is a person’s largest asset (usually). Business is business and Brandon means business.
