Well I know you've heard of buying a car online, unseen, ordering it like discount goodies from Amazon...we bough a home with Michelle's expert guidance sight unseen, from another state, in a very specific timeline that wasn't very long. A friend of mine referred her to us, and we started talking in the middle of February and by May Michelle had found the one we ended up purchasing. And it was a very low price point...But that was only the first battle won, and there was much more to do at this point. For someone who had never been through the process of buying a home, Michelle was the perfect fit!! She was available to answer any and all questions through the marathon that was to be...that any home purchase is. It can be very overwhelming when the learning curve is high, and Michelle was the guiding light that got us through the purchase agreement, the inspection report, and the escrow paperwork. It's a lot, but when you have someone as patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and just damn cool as Michelle, the process isn't as bad as you would think. We went through the documents point by point, like a lawyer would go through a contract with a client, and by the time we were at the end of said documents, it wasn't a horror show that I'd thought some of it was. Again it can be overwhelming, all of the info coming at you, and the big decisions to be made! Michelle made it all better. She really cares and wants it to work out. And she will do everything she can to make it happen!! There were issues with a few things, and she got on it to get the right people in place to estimate certain repairs. She really stepped up during the escrow to get things negotiated down, and we also had to extend the escrow time period. Michelle Meade rocks!! And folks should know this...she's someone you can trust, that's for sure!! She was referred to me by good people and so is she!! The last final touch was a care package to greet us when we moved in!! With personalized gifts...wow.
