Marlene may have only been doing this for 2 years but the way she handled helping us, you would swear she's been doing this for many, many years. Marlene is personable. She is respectful. She is most confident person I have ever met. She is reassuring. She is fast accurate and was always on top of everything. She put our mind at ease and never once did we have to worry about anything. In my case, I have a very bad memory and not once did she ever get upset or frustrated about anything that she had to reexplain in any part of this process. From the day she walked in my house. She said, I can get you this much and she did. Through all of our doubts, she stayed confident and positive. She handled any curveball that was thrown with grace.

Marlene helped me and my wife to purchase a house. We were looking for a mobile home, but we ended up with something better, a beautiful house. My husband and I met Marlene through my father who was working with her on his own purchase. We reached out on a Saturday afternoon and didn't think she'd answer. But, to our surprise, she did! (She has answered every call ever since, I might add!) We started looking for mobile homes we were interested in, as we were thinking small, because that's what all we thought were were eligible for. Well, we found and went to see a couple. Marlene was very unassuming, down to earth and relatable. She never made the process seem to hard for us to understand and took her time explaining every step of the process over and over again, no matter how many times it took for us to understand. Her motto is: "You don't stress, I stress!" Well, naturally, we started to at certain points in the process, but, Marlene was always there to reassure us and bring back the calm. She held our hand through it all, up until the last second and beyond. We ended up getting the house of our dreams, as she helped us find out we were able to get a house, not just a mobile home. We cannot say enough good things about her. We have gained a friend in Marlene and do not think anyone else could've done a better job than she did. We are definitely referring her to all of our friends and family looking to buy, whether it's a mobile home or house.
