A North Carolina native, my family has had a home in Blowing Rock since 1970. Quite simply, it's my favorite place to be, and where I've always felt most at home, no matter how far I've ventured.
After the University of South Carolina, I moved to New York City, working in Institutional Marketing for one of the oldest investment firms in the city. In 1999, while living in London, I helped launch the international art fair, Art London. Ten years on, with two young children and two golden retrievers in tow, we moved to Toronto, where I worked as a marketing consultant for a multi national company.
Consistently, a top producing multi-million dollar agent. A Certified International Property Specialist, a member of ONELuxe International and Guild Recognition as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist - My experience allows me to understand the market, and advise clients when buying or selling one of their largest investments.

Traci did a great job of working to find us a home that was the right for us.
Traci communicated every step of the way and was extremely proactive on all the negotiations and follow up. We had a quick turn around on closing and she made sure all of the inspectors were there and even called in a contractor for a second opinion to make sure everything had been covered. Her professionalism was top notch. We would absolutely use Traci again.

Amazing Agent
Traci went above and beyond all of our expectations for a real estate agent. This was true from the moment we met her. She made the most of the limited time we had, living in another state, with her preparation and efficiency at looking at properties. She showed us many listings, listening to our many preferences. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to find the perfect place on our schedule. She made herself available at any time we needed her. She quickly responded to any email or text to answer our many questions. Through the process of purchasing, she made herself available for all the inspections, sometimes questioning the inspectors, making sure everything was as it should be. We wanted a short time frame to closing and she was able to organize everyone to accommodate our wishes. She is a full time resident and native of Blowing Rock. She seems to know everyone and everything about the area. This was so helpful in finding the right place for us. Even after closing, she left a very thoughtful and appreciated welcoming gift and stopped over to make sure we were settling in. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness made the entire process easy and enjoyable. We love our new place and would highly recommend Traci as a real estate agent.
