We started to sell our parents’ former house as For Sale by Owner (FSBO), since we grew up there and we knew the community and school district very well. Our knowledge, and passion for the property, did not translate to attracting suitable buyers over the first 2 weeks. So we turned to Eddie to market it on the MLS and through his network. He listened to our goals, asked questions, and most importantly - gave us possible outcomes for each decision we would make. During the discovery process, Eddie was an excellent resource in helping us to articulate how each house aligned with our ultimate vision/needs, and clearly did his home work in the prospective houses and the regional real estate landscape in general. Once we decided on a house, Eddie was also a strong asset in helping us to build the competitive advantage we needed to have our offer accepted over other buyers.
