Tim was truly an amazing asset during my first home buying experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful during the process of finding the perfect multi family property for my sister and I. I mean where do I even start! I have known Tim for over 17 years and this was the first time that I have done business with him. Tim was an amazing realtor. He frequently sent us new homes that hit the market on the portal. He was punctual to our appointments. He would point out things that we did not know to look out for as first time home owners and pointed out things that may not pass an inspection. He waisted no time in finding us homes to tour if we didn’t like the home, He never once made us feel pressured to like a it! He showed genuine interest in helping us find what we would be happy with as our first home. Thanks to Tim we have a great home in a good neighborhood to raise our family.
