I mean where do I even start! I have known Tim for over 17 years and this was the first time that I have done business with him. And I must say that, Tim was extremely professional, organized, timely, and friendly, just all around amazing. Throughout this stressful process of selling our home he never gave up on us, he stuck it out until we found the perfect buyer for our home. He made himself available despite his own personal obligations, Tim answered my calls/texts 99% of the time. And I was calling and texting him a lot lol. Tim was an amazing realtor. He frequently sent us new homes that hit the market on the portal. He was punctual to our appointments. He would point out things that we did not know to look out for as first time home owners and pointed out things that may not pass an inspection. He waisted no time in finding us homes to tour if we didn’t like the home, He never once made us feel pressured to like a it! He showed genuine interest in helping us find what we would be happy with as our first home. Thanks to Tim we have a great home in a good neighborhood to raise our family.
